    I have to go with the judge on this one. They could have pulled a breath alcohol or obtained a warrant fast enough. Blood alcohol goes down about .01/hr – you can usually get a judge on the phone that fast. With competent medical testimony it would be a slam dunk.

    Dear Mike, the odds of a judge being killed by a drunk driver is so miniscule, it’s laughable. MADD LIES. There are less than 3,000 INNOCENT people per year killed at the hands of a truly drunk driver. Your anger should be focussed on INATTENTIVE drivers that do 99.9% of the killing. MADD mothers are terrorists on a mission to reinstitute prohibition. Get a clue

    Warrant should have been issued thats the LAW
