It’s sad when one is surprised by the feds doing something beneficial for the country.

I understand that the latest political craze is “cracking down” on illegal immigrants, but the time for a solution to THAT problem passed in the ’90’s. Now, with so many of them doing jobs we don’t want at pay that we won’t accept so our goods stay at affordable prices (think $5 tomatoes)the best thing to do would be to get them out of the shadows and acclimate them to our great country. I find it interesting that this story runs on the same day AP releases a story about the backlash of a Philly suburb that did a similar crackdown and the resultant business closings and adverse economic impact as a result of this “solution.”

Seems as though the system is not really broken, just the politicos telling us what we want again. Don’t think it should be swept under the rug, but there has to be a better way. How come we never seem to hear from the LEGAL aliens?

Gee, there might be certain economic dislocations were the mob to close down entirely, or if prostitutes were forced off of Admiral Blvd. So what? If crime and shady dealings are what keeps a micro-economy afloat, shame on the locals.

Round up all the illegals and ship them home today. Build camps in the desert for temporary internment, and start processing them. It will save the lives of all the people Americans don’t want to rape and kill.

Oh yeah, as for $5 tomoatoes, it is estimated that if no illegals were exploited as slaves by agribusiness, it would cost the average family $30/yr. If this means that you want migrants to be exploited regardless, even if it cost us all $250/yr, your true colors are showing.

Al, they have the camps built already…they’ve been putting them together since the 80’s. Google FEMA camps or Rex 84 but be prepared…it’s a shocker!

JP, not sure if you’ve had your head out of the sand lately but our country isn’t so great….and not so free. Tell me one thing you did today the government did have complete oversight in? Water nope, food, nope, driving, nope…so much for the republic, Yes Sir Dictator Bush.

Our country was given away w/ the enactment of the Federal Reserve. Now the elite bankers have us all ready to consolidate their wealth ago…everyone is WAY over extended in credit, time to pull the rug out!
