Sorry Demo, us “haters” only use our negative comments on true money grubbing lawsuits. On the surface, I say this one may have some merit.

There has to be more to this than is being reported. Who’s to say the cancer wouldn’t have spread anyway? Once it’s in your system, it can spread just about anywhere depending on the type. Can it be spread by simply lacerating an existing tumor?

Hospitals keep a secret list of all the mistakes a doctor makes and they don’t tell the patients when they make a mistake. It’s a secret because doctors are supposed to ‘self report’ and making the list public would encourage doctors to not report their mistakes. I really wish doctors would treat patients with more respect and actually tell us if they make a mistake.

There you go Bill!!!!! That’s what I like to hear. Assume there are reasons that anyone that sues shouldn’t get to do so. I absolutely love this site!

What the doctor may or may not have done during surgery may or may not have anything to do with the spreading of her cancer. Typical of a money srubber to sue with the whisper of some scum seeking greedy trial lawyer in her ear. So typical of Americans. I say the doctor is completely innocent of anything unless and until the attorney can medically PROVE that what the doctor allegedly did actually caused the cancer to spread, which most likely it did not.

All I know is that I just lost my mom to cancer and that I truely believe if her oncologist would have been more upfront with her dianosis and more responsive with test and results she could have lived a little longer, I say investigate everything down to the instruments he used, this is a persons mother or a daughter or a grandmother, doctors are suppose to help promote life not destroy it.

First off, articles like this are going to be biased to make a story more interesting and scandalous. second off, those who read this and think this doctor was purposeful in his doing… are nuts. its media people, this situation has not even been reviewed over near enough for anyone to be making claims over. Doctors are very intellegent, they go through many years of schooling, and know what they need to do. Lastly, i know this doctor for fact is the best ob/gyn anyone will ever know.
