I was looking for a good conspiracy today too, especially before the long weekend.
I\’m sure joe in all his knowledge could figure out that State Farm really should have paid out $20 million by now. He knows all about these things you know…

According to consumeraffairs.com, the consensus regarding State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company is that it may be a good company, just as long as you never have an accident. And you don\’t live in California.

    State Farm has been charging

reveal that State Farm, through Lecky King (the person that was in charge of all State Farm adjustments on the Mississippi Gulf Coast), pressured and coerced engineering firms to conclude that all damage was caused by water (supposedly not covered) rather than wind (which is indisputably covered). The e-mails show that State Farm expected its engineers to conclude that all the damage was caused by water and even sent a “suggested” draft report around to all its engineering firms instructing them on how to write the report in such a way to show that all the damage was caused by water. It is no wonder all the engineering reports that State Farm has used to deny coverage look exactly the same, and every report I have seen looks exactly like the draft that State Farm instructed Forensic to use. Any report that did not come back looking exactly like the State Farm draft report was bounced. The e-mails also show that State Farm instructed all of its engineering firms to IGNORE eyewitness testimony of wind damage and just conclude that the damage was caused by water: “Don’t believe your lying eyesreveal that State Farm, through Lecky King (the person that was in charge of all State Farm adjustments on the Mississippi Gulf Coast), pressured and coerced engineering firms to conclude that all damage was caused by water (supposedly not covered) rather than wind (which is indisputably covered). Consumer reports gathers information about claims service, and my state commissioner compiles data about policyholder satisfaction in my state, that State Farm finishes third every year among hundreds. Now I am sure that Melanie wanted to include that data too in her posting, and that Adjusterjoe threw his hat on the ground in celebration of such success, but why don\’t they ever conclude that State Farm, for 80 years, has probably helped more individuals than any private for profit entity in the history of our country?
Lets see, did I get that right? Better check my memo from Ed Rust that we all got.

Gill, I seem to have misplaced my memo from Ed. Since unemployedjoe knows so much about our inner workings and continually refers to it, perhaps he could post the memo on this site so all can see.

Joe….is that you…are you hiding from us again and posting under another alias. Is that another way of trying to show the \”EVIL EMPIRE\” they have made more than just 1% of the public angry. I\’ve told you before, I have contacts, just let me know what city you live in and I can locate you a good therapist. It must be difficult sleeping at night knowing SF is still in business.
