Why do we keep shooting ourselves in the foot in Ohio? Maybe because it will feel good when we finally stop?

Losing Sherwin Williams in the Cleveland area would be a major, major blow…. what are we trying to achieve here?

Another sad moment in Ohio history…..

I guess I\’m lost. What is the purpose of this lawsuit if these companies are no longer making lead based paints? If lead based paints are left on the structures of old buildings, then isn\’t it the building owner\’s responsibility to have this safely removed? Isn\’t the public liability with the building owner? Why is everything so complicated?

Why try to sue 40,000 building owners, when you can get just as much $$$ suing a few with real deep pockets?

It\’s pretty easy to keep plucking away at companies right under our nose. How about keeping tabs on our imported goods from China containing lead paint? We\’re so eager to save a buck/make a buck that dishes and children\’s costume jewelery have already slipped under the radar – hey, but who cares? It\’s cheap and we save a buck – then we can sue (who?) when Jr or Little Susie can\’t pass their SOL.

Dear Brad. Thank you for your recent emails and genuine concern. Please be assured that my fight with PDCA, Sherwin-Williams, and Jones Day is not aversely affecting my health. In fact, I am very calm, excellent health, and have a network of close friends and dedicated staff.2nd paragraph You are right, I’ve “been wronged” by PDCA. You are also correct that I am a man of principle, and that I am resolved and resolute in my defense of freedom, liberty and justice against the actives of PDCA,Sherwin-Williams, and Jones Day who have denied me that very freedom and liberty. These actions by PDCA, Sherwin-Williams, Jones Day ,and SSPC are immoral, reprehensible, and treasonous. Our founding fathers, and all men of integrity and principle, would not and should not stand idle and allow these organizations to betray the fundamental core of America and her Constitution and Bill of Rights.3rd paragraph Be advised that whoever follows Ian Horen as CEO inherits the sins of Ian’s and PDCA’s actions. I would also add that as a National Board members have been negligent :1[ by permitting Sherwin-Williams and other paint manufactures to exercise undue influence over PDCA.] 2[ allowing PDCA to break the law, conduct unethical activity, and disregard its own by laws, and 3[by forgetting that PDCA is supposed to be decicated to benefit of their members-not to the benefit of paint manufactures.[ But perhaps, however, National Board members are only “honoray” positions and are devoid or any say or power whatsoever.] 4 paragraph [I am a direct descendant on my mother’s side of John Adams -He too Brad, was a man of principle.] Yes, I have ‘ been wronged’, and I have no intention to discontinue my struggle in defending freedom and liberty against the terrorist actions of the PDCA, Sherwin-Williams, or Jones Day. American freedom and liberty is too precious not to fight for it.Only I will decide when or under what circumstance, if any , I will stand down. Have a nice day.
