Why would any self respecting developer get involved with either Hilton sister on a legitimate construction project? I insure a significant number of contractors, both commercial and residential, and have visited countless construction sites. I have never, ever been to one that was involved in a party, a pornographic video production, a drug and narcotics fueled trust fund meet-and-greet, or covered by E! entertainment TV. Any fool that offers up their hard earned dollars to pay either Hilton offspring to lend their name to a development deserves what these geniuses are going through. And as long as the Insurance Journal even repeats what a publicity HACK like Elliot Mintz utters causes me to be concerned about their sources. CAVIAT EMPTOR!!! Any interaction with either Hilton sister can and will cause serious disruption to whatever positive activities you may be in, and if that is all you catch, count yourself lucky!!!
