    Meanwhile, in Washington, a law was passed to require auto insurers to make available quality replacement parts so that consumers can enjoy a lower premium.
    One state bans quality replacement parts, another makes it mandatory that they be available. And State Farm loses a class action lawsuit because the auto contract
    includes language that they are able, when reasonable, to consider quality replacement parts.
