Insurance companies should check their files for any liability claims that may have been rejected due to the insured having a bogus policy.

I purchased a Gen. Liability Policy that shows the Producer as: Rich Brooks & Associates LTD. With a address as 8552 SW. 129 Terrace Miami, FL. 33156. Whom actually sold me the policy was Ken Sharkey of \”Vertical Reality\” (Climbing Wall Manfg.) out of Miami, FL. My moneys of $10,500 were wired directly from my bank in WA. State to Vertical Reality\’s acct. in Miami, FL. I was to understand that Ken Sharkey represented himself as a \”Agent\” whom sold this policy. Ken Sharkey of http://www.verticalreality.com has/does not have a lic. to sell insurance in the State of FL. Ken Sharkey is still to this day a free man, and to my knowledge been charged w/ any crime. I am as of today speaking w/ my local FBI, along w/ WA. State Insurance Inv. Any leads would be great from any others whom have been taken advantage of by either of these two.
