Financial Investigator Jeff Leovic, a member of Medical Mutual of Ohio’s Financial Investigations unit, is among the winners of the 2006 National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association’s (NHCAA) Investigation of the Year Award.

Nominated by the FBI for the award, Leovic’s contributions resulted in

investigating health insurance fraud on behalf of its policyholders. Jeff’s
accomplishments are an example of his and the company’s dedication to minimizing fraud and the effect it has on every American.”

The award will be presented November 16, 2006, at the NHCAA’s annual training conference in Marco Island, Florida.
