i have a head injured friend who walks wobbley and has a limp. Some cops at a concert decided to make an arrest. They decided to make a judgement based solely about how this person walks (they thought this person was intoxicated)without asking any fact finding questions or listening to the pleas from this person these huge crimestoppers follow through with they\’re arrest.what a total mis-carrage of justice, some cops uh.and after being removed, handcuffed and humiliated, violated, this person was later released. for the good of the community, what about our rights ? and for the record this person does not drink

Why was this women being arrested or evicted? Just because she is disabled she does not have the right to defy the law.

Just for the record. I just found these comments. I am the one in the article. I was NOT drunk or defying the law and was the point of the lawsuit. I have rights as anyone else. There was an altercation where I was and when the police arrived, they mnade assumptions before asking questions and verifying.
