This makes me sick. Clearly this cop doenst know how to treat animals. Usually the cops have the dogs as pets too. So if your pet bit you would you pull out a gun and murder it in public? Giving cops the green light to murder animals in public in front of children when it is not necessary is seen as target practice amongst cops. ALL COPS LOVE SHOOTING GUNS AND OFTEN HAVE POOR RECORDS WITH ABUSING ANIMALS.
