Everytime I think living in California, with its liberal, left wing whackos in charge is getting unbearable, I read about what is happening in other states and I thank God I live where I do. Can you imagine the chaos if there were no separation of powers. I feel the judiciary has lost its way because, instead of adhering to the Constitution as interpretors of laws, it has taken over the legislatures job and now makes laws. To neutralize a judges effectiveness with threats of lawsuits is, I fear, going too far. Why would any judge make any type ruling with a room full of lawyers salivating in wistful anticipation of a lawsuit. Also, please check the wording deep down in this new law and see if the State picks up the lawyers fees on any lawsuit filed against these judges. Most outragous laws have a special interest clause allowing the authors of the law to receive compensation for their hard work.
I do not believe, however, that it would pass constitutional muster. This is just my thought, however, and with nuts in power, nutty things cam happen.

A South Dakota State Judge censors a website that favors amendment E.
The documents he wants removed are court records that prove he in no way follows the laws as written. Letting someone on probation pass a no account check in Iowa using a fake social securiy number is not a probation violation is absurd.
