When this story first posted, there were numerous comments from readers defending this \”lady\” …. perhaps this article shows that she deserves no defense, she truly is \”evil to the core\”.

With all due respect, this woman has not been convicted of anything. She\’s only been accused.

When I was in school, people were considered innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Even her attorney seems to infer her guilt.

Why make her a guardian? If she had never had any money, who would make her a guardian and give her access to money earmarked for his daughter? She obviously is trailer trash collecting food stamps \”during\” her expenditures for other garbage. Hope her granddaughter likes her new timeshare in Florida?? I would buy flood insurance…

    who really cares?

The only message SHEs getting across is that any path is the RIGHT path as long as its HER path.
And while it may be civil – let some lawyer represent the child and press fraud and theft and misallocation of funds charges and THEN it goes criminal.
Dumb cow should rot after the sacrifice of her son – even GOD didnt do this after the death of HIS son – whats the name of her church – The Holy Path to Self Righteousness and Self Importance?

Either the son named her as the \”trustee\” for the beneficiary, or the probate court did because he died intestate (without a will). It is very like the latter and serves as a reminder that if you don\’t direct who will guard the money and who will guard your kids, some judge will. And that is rarely a good thing!

People don\’t understand the importance of taking care of personal affairs – because \”it will never happen to me\”

This is Exactly why my \”will\” appoints two (2) separate individuals (one family member – another a lifelong friend) to be co-trustees of any disposable assets that are to go to my son upon my demise – not his father (an ex)

I cannot believe that any military personell would not have a written will especially in this time of war – Being an Army Specialist – I would imagine he isn\’t a fresh recruit – something doesn\’t sound right.

I have been in the insurance business a long, long, time – and it is a fact that if you ask most underwriters or adjusters the generally opinion is that you have to watch those \”bible thumpers\” much closer than the average unwashed heathen.

Even if I am a preacher\’s (actually Episcopal Priest\’s)kid – I\’m also a 20+ years insurance adjuster. If I hear \”I\’m a christian, I don\’t want anything more than I\’m supposed to get\” I know I\’m about to be screwed to the wall if I don\’t watch out. The worst claims I\’ve ever handled were people claiming to be \”ordained\” ministers!! This \”pastor\” should be ashamed of herself!
