I would imagine the state sales officer spends time with good, growing producers.
If someone doesn\’t have the savvy, commitment and brains to sell and grow, then why should the Sales Officer spend time on them or with them? I include ALL agents in that regardless of color.
Most people, whatever theur race, creed, color or sexual orientation forget that insurance is a BUSINESS.
Insurance is not a babysitting and handout service for a bunch of whinig victims.
And just because Nationwide (and please note that it was the AGENTS – not corporate that screwed up on that)redlined neighborhoods in the past, it doesn\’t mean Nationwide is now a cash cow for the rainbow group
