Metro Detroit Gets First Walk-In Auto Accident Claim Center

March 31, 2006

Accident victims can now get immediate free consultation and service through Metro Detroit, Mich.’s first walk-in Auto Accident Claim Center (AACC), the center reported.

The AACC will help consumers who are involved in any kind of vehicular and/or pedestrian accident get fast service and maximum benefits from their No-Fault insurance companies without an appointment.

“Nowhere in the region can accident victims go to get immediate free advice and consultation after an accident without an appointment,” Attorney Michael J. Morse, AACC president, said in a news release. “Without delay, accident victims need unbiased, truthful information about what they can and cannot claim after being injured in an accident.”

Morse states that during his 13-year legal career, he has seen far too many injured people turn to their insurance company for information and clarification only to end up being taken advantage of.

“Unfortunately, insurance companies are only compelled to tell one side of the story, and too often, the sad result is that consumers lose out on thousands of dollars. That’s where we can help,” said Morse. “The Auto Accident Claim Center’s mission is Education, Compensation and Fairness for accident victims and consumers. We’re excited to be the one and only resource to offer this type of service.”

The AACC will provide immediate free consultations and claims assistance for walk-in consumers and accident victims. Professional staff will guide customers through the difficult time after an auto accident and assist with the submission of appropriate forms; follow up with claims adjusters; review of insurance policies, and the gathering of medical documentation when necessary.
