Maybe if judges got sued they would start listening to the people that live in the state in which they practice. In California judges are known to overturn measures put on the ballot by petition and passed by a majority of voters in the state. Why should they overturn the majority of voters in any state. If they get sued maybe they will think twice about putting forth their own agendas.
