Okay, so you\’ve gotten complaints on this guy from pretty much all over southeast MO, indicating a pattern of victimization, and you\’re only slapping him on the wrist? \”Asking\” that this crook return monies received from the widow and all that other reimbursement crap is just that–crap!! How often does the defendant of a lawsuit ignore them, especially if it\’s because of conducting less-than-savory, if not straight-out criminal, acts? I\’m not one to throw down the race card, but I\’d be willing to bet if some other charitable organization had been misrepresented, like say, the Red Cross, and victimized in the same manner by this guy, the MO AG would be calling out the lynch mob to throw dude under the jail. Why doesn\’t the NAACP warrant the same level of attention? This is 2006, for cryin\’ out loud!
