    So they close regional offices & open a large one. So what?

    FFIC: Have you met the present claim leaders? This is not a bright group. They are not going to make good decisions and this is a pretty good example. St. Louis is not exactly an insurance hub, so unless they plan on moving a lot of incumbents, which I understand they aren\’t planning on doing, they are just going to end up with everyone else\’s rejects.

    Remember Fireman\’s Fund Direct at the same location? It opened with much fanfare (and independent agent grumbing) for direct sales not too long ago, then closed in short order. Maybe they plan to re-hire all the FF Direct people they fired following that debacle.
