Cincom’s Solution Chosen by TriHealth to Help Reduce Claim Denial Rates

Cincom Systems announced that TriHealth Inc., on behalf of Bethesda Hospital Inc. and Good Samaritan Hospital of Cincinnati has selected Cincom’s Intelligent Guided Registration (IGR) solution to streamline registration processes, decrease errors and reduce insurance claim denial rates.

Using Cincom’s IGR Solution, TriHealth will equip the registration staff with access to real-time decision support, guide the selection of insurance plans and assist in other collection of information such as Medicare Secondary Payer questions.

The improved process will reportedly:

— Reduce registration data errors;
— Reduce claim payment delays;
— Reduce denial rework efforts;
— Will improve registrar compliance;
— Streamline training;
— Increase employee satisfaction resulting in a decrease in staff
turnover.
