This is not a news event that should be of interest to the readers of the Insurance Journal just because a State Insurance Commissioner has “partnered” with the state’s Attorney General about a potential “medical liability crisis” that has been manufactured by the Attorney General for the sole purpose of furthering their own political aspirations. (Hmmm… wanna bet they are both Republicans?)
I am a native born Kansan and most of us Kansans are not fooled by the transparency of these statements -I am surprised your editors were so easily manipulated. Was this a slow news day or something?
