I just watched dateline this evening and was appaled at what i saw it is hard enough for me personaly to keep my faith in the lord but i try very hard, and then we see this on Hawthorne (and the others)he should not still be preaching he should be in prison around the criminals that are just like him maybe in other ways.I am very sick terminal they say i can’t tell you how relieved i am that i didn’t need someone like for help, but i very bad for the ones whom sent money thinking they were helping.I hope the ones who did try are not discourged and still want to help because to some thier help is really needed in more than one way because they still need to believe.I just hope things really are alot better. Thank you for letting us tell our feelings it makes you feel better. Sincerely Melody Hoover

The Hawthorne Family and they are to the best of my knowledge some of Gods most faithful sevants. Has anyone mentioned that this cash cow started with funds from their own pockets helping alcaholics. Nothing more. They have several people whose lives they saved.Put the blame on getting to big on the people who actually controlled it and not on the founders of something decent.

The Hawthorn family aren’t the only ones at fault. If you truly wish to push blame on Bruce himself, that’s sad. The mans been dead for quiet a few years now and he decided, with no money of his own, no job, to open this mission to help alcoholics. Mr. Hawthorn helped the homeless, alcoholics, and others in such need.
