Great job by the BWC in uncovering fraud, and obtaining recoveries, but published statistics indicate that the fraud discovered and amounts recovered is a small percentage of the fraudulent claims that are paid.
With all the abuses of the W/C system, I do not see why we do not go back to the pre- W/C days, when the employee had to prove negligence on the part of the employer.
