We are long time agents of CNA and I continue to get more nervous after each resignation. The Chicago Branch Manager resigned last month and I think he had a good handle on the company.

If you truly are looking to restructure and rebuild, you spread your outsourcing to as many as possible to show others you haven’t forgotten the little guy.

Give some consideration to who help you grow and who help you get up to your neck in debt. It wasn’t the Small Guy’s in Agencies or Claims handling.

CNA has been a long term and innovative insurer and has weathered many storms including the late 1970’s hard market when they were purchased by Loews. It is a good thing they are taking a closer look at how and with whom they do business and including review of senior management down to their branch managers.
