    One of the reasons that IAA is enjoying a profitable return is because of their customer service attitude. The branch in Dallas/Grand Prairie “takes care of the client”. We are not charged storage charges while waiting on a title or some unforseeable delay in selling the salvage unit. We appreciate that and sell that to our clients. The competition does not adhere to that philosophy and we do not recommend them, ie, COPART.
