Ohio Casualty Corporation has launched a new Web site that provides specific information about the Corporation. The new Website is in addition to The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company site, which focuses on the insurance companies that make up Ohio Casualty Group.
Users will enter both sites at www.ocas.com, which has been the Web site address since 1996. An entrance page allows users to choose which site they wish to access. Each separate site section also features a link to the other site and to the entrance page.
This new addition to the Website will allow users to access more targeted information – whether they are shareholders, bondholders, customers, agents or the public.
The Ohio Casualty Corporation Web site includes:
*A profile of the corporation
*Listing of Board of Director members and corporate officers
*NASDAQ stock quote link
*PDF versions of the current and past year Annual Reports
*A link to Corporation SEC filings
*Information on convertible bonds issued by the Corporation
*Earnings and other Corporation press releases
*Miscellaneous shareholder information
*Information on the Annual Meeting and quarterly Earnings Release Conference Calls, including Webcast instructions for these events.
The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company and OCG site includes:
*Profile of the member companies
*Information on insurance products and services for personal lines, commercial lines, specialty lines, claims, billing, loss control, premium audit
*Career opportunities
*Billing status/inquiry
*Online claims reporting
*Agency locator
*OCG press releases
*Consumer information such as inventory listings, insurance terms, safety information
*Office guide
*Agency Services section (a separate section for agents and employees).
Both sites include a method for providing feedback or contacting a company representative.
