Nearly Every E-Scooter Comes From One Chinese Company

    Using a scoter like this in NYC is asking for a trip to the local emergency room or worse if you hit a pedestrian. This is a fad and nothing more.

    There are many liabilities embedded in this “sharing” model. Namely personal injury, auto hazard, and fire. Cluttering the sidewalks with scooters will not compel people to use them. There’s no practicality for most of the population. Citibikes in NYC made more sense, yet they had/have issues with those, as well. Hundreds of millions of dollars invested in trying to create a market where there really is no demand…
