IDT911 Changes Name to CyberScout

IDT911 has changed its name to CyberScout. CyberScout offers comprehensive identity management and data security services for more than 17.5 million households and 770,000 businesses. CyberScout’s services are provided through more than 660 client partners, including 16 of the top 20 U.S. property and casualty insurance carriers, and six of the top seven Canadian insurers.

The name better represents the company’s position as the gold standard for identity and data defense services – from proactive protection and education to successful resolution. In its annual customer surveys, IDT911 has achieved above 99 percent customer satisfaction, year after year.

In coming months, CyberScout will broaden its innovative offerings to proactively protect clients and help them protect themselves and their customers. CyberScout is growing internationally, as well. Its operations centers in Phoenix, Montreal and Galway are now joined by Scandinavian fraud experts, further expanding services into broader Europe.

Putting client interests front and center was a prime consideration for the CyberScout rollout. The company plans a gradual transition to the new brand. The process will be completed in June 2017.
