This topic has been a major concern since I was in claims during the last 25 years. Everyone complains about the loss of seasoned claims people but nothing is ever done. I don’t know what Denise Johnson means by the comment, “up it’s game”. We need to be more specific in terms of when hiring will begin, the type of training, and who will conduct the training.
