Safety is one issue but is effected by profit, this can only be addressed by government ownership. Government always cost more because they do things right and do not look at profit over safety because workers unions make sure maximum work force is used. The problem is really how can another accident be prevented, there will always be an unforeseen accident from natures destructive forces, man’s involvement, terrorists and many more causes, some less or greater than Three Mile Island, Chernobyl, Japan and many others. The alternative is to go green and avoid these from happening. The public in the area should be consulted and also the general public.
