It’s time this 3rd world country re-locates away from the ocean. It’s obvious the gods don’t like it and I’m getting sick and tired of hearing about it’s tribulations and all the relief efforts to help it until it gets whacked again.

Your compassion is underwhelming. Do you have a suggestion for where they should go? Maybe your state will take them in since you sound like a deeply caring person.

Per your comment I can see your ignorance. Haiti is an ISLAND which means it’s surrounded by water (ocean) but it doesn’t mean everybody leaves by the ocean. As an island there is so much geography (i.e. mountains, rivers, trees) all these things can kill people on a hurricane (of course you don’t know what that means either). Haiti’s size is only 10,714 sq. mi. you really don’t have many save places to go when you are this small.

So, before you place a comment like this please do your homework and learn about what you are going to write because obviously you don’t know anything about the islands of the Caribbean — maybe you need to travel a little bit to see other than your own place.

God may need to change the name of Hell from Haides to Haiti.

Hey, I feel sorry for the people but how much longer can a strained world econcomy throw money into that pit? It would be less expensive to relocate them, preferably somewhere that’s similar in culture and climate. Haiti is one of those 3rd world locations that really contributes nothing to the world other than being an on-going disaster year after year. It has no business, no economy, no political system, no educational system, no marketable trades, and it isn’t a tourist destination. It’s a freakin’ money pit. (similar to New Orleans) We have people out of work, no medical coverage, hungry, and being foreclosed that could use, have earned, and deserved some help before we start worrying about Haiti. Charity begins at home and our own home is crumbling because we have a “large heart”. We’re also stupid.
