Anybody who has been to the Cape May Light House might have taken note of the 100 year old photo that was taken of Cape May proper from atop the light house. What was a community 100 years ago is now a small bay–this erosion has been going on for 100’s if not 1000’s of years, and has nothing to do with manmade global warming.
The wise man does not build his house on the beach. If a fool does, he should enjoy the view while he can, and pick up the inevitable tab all by himself.
