The debate is over; all we now see is propaganda articles. Political propaganda is NOT science. UK court says Gore is a fraud. August 2007 Update: Man-made Catastrophic Global Warming Not True. Unfortunately, Hansen is a political hack of George Soros. Further, flawed NASA Global Warming data paid for by George Soros. In order to be an intelligent reader you must have a basic knowledge. Please do your own homework; a starting point http://www.InteliOrg.com/ Remember CONSENSUS is NEVER science it’s always a POLITICAL STATEMENT (a Party Line).

i like say that who is this fellow, that claims to be a scientists and founder of the www? where does he think that he has the foremost authority of the subject at hand. and what will he do w/the money he recieved, but spend it on his house which in itself is not green friendly. um…um… his country?! um…um…
it’s not his country, its our country! and sometimes these legislators and government folks get wrapped up the little issues, they forget about the bigger ones. immigration, pollution, terrorists and many more. steroids in baseball? that is not a national issue and not a national security matter.

Does the author report or have an opinion? “Those are strong words, and will no doubt bring cries of outrage from those who continue to deny that climate change is a fact of life that must be dealt with.”

How can you take these clowns seriously?

I know, Gore is all knowing. Maybe he/Gore should inform NASA they are wrong. They’ve just come out with a report that debunks the global warming hysterics http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2007/11/14/nasa-debunks-part-global-warming-myth-will-media-report-it

Honestly, if they don’t put Gore on hold, his head is going to blow up, and who knows how that will affect global warming!

And here are more researchers that need to be straightened out by Al:

    http://www.cnsnews.com/ViewNation.asp?Page=/Nation/archive/200712/NAT20071211a.html
According to a new study on global warming, climate scientists at the University of Rochester, the University of Alabama, and the University of Virginia found that the climate change models based on human influence do not match observed warming.

That is contrary to the views held by former Vice President Al Gore, who accepted the Nobel Prize on Monday along with the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and who thinks that climate change is largely caused by human action.

    and another GREAT article…

    http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/925
Evans, a mathematician who did carbon accounting for the Australian government, recently converted to a skeptical scientist about man-made global warming after reviewing the new scientific studies. (LINK)

“We now have quite a lot of evidence that carbon emissions definitely don’t cause global warming. We have the missing [human] signature [in the atmosphere], we have the IPCC models being wrong and we have the lack of a temperature going up the last 5 years,” Evans said in an interview with the Inhofe EPW Press Blog. Evans authored a November 28 2007 paper “Carbon Emissions Don’t Cause Global Warming.” …
“Most of the people here have jobs that are very well paid and they depend on the idea that carbon emissions cause global warming. They are not going to be very receptive to the idea that well actually the science has gone off in a different direction,” Evans explained.

In reading the articles provided by you individuals, there is ammunition to dispute global warming. One thing though is that all the articles provided seem to take what the scientist say, and take it a step further denouncing Global Warming. I read some of the actual reports and none of them state that global warning is completely false. Anyone with any science background knows that there are a number of theories for any given issue. Whether Gore is completely off the mark, partial off the mark, or on the mark is up for debate (though with the data provided, it seems he is at least slightly off the mark). My issue is that eveyone seems to be either “Save the World” or “we can do what we want because the world will be fine no matter what we do”. I would like to see a more moderate approach. We (humans) are obviously messing some of the world’s evironmental ecology, and I for one think it would be a good thing to take a step back and see what we can do about taking care of the planet as we know it. If do not want to take the environmental view, then take the human view. We would all be better off with a healthy planet below our feet

i agree, we can make it a better place. one way is to stop the cutting down the rainforest. they are a major asset to our earth’s atmosphere, economy and a valuable wildlife refuge. there are many things in the rainforest that we are now just finding. pollution is our control; many countries are just now understanding that we do contribute to that factor. we need to find alternative fuels. better processing for products and an efficient way to produce them. researching to live elsewhere, like under-the-sea or moon or even another planet. we need to still have farmers plant and harvest the food that we eat. we just can’t wave a wand and hope it lands on our plate. there are many avenues we can take to make our world better, but again; i don’t think we have made global warming an issue because in reality it’s not.

I’ve stepped back and decided that I am not going to let the UN and big-head-Al decide that there will be a world order that will decide how the United States’ taxpayers’ money is being spent.

By the way, there are articles out there for the tree huggers about how much has been done by industries in the United States to improve the environment. I will locate this for the next shove-Al-Gore-down-your-throat article.

By the way, giving Gore the Nobel Peace Prize has done nothing to the respectability of the prize. What an insult to the people who have received it in the past. It’s now like getting the prize from the Cracker Jacks box.

Yeah, it cheapens the memory of Yassar Arafat now that Algore won one too. I mean, they may as well hand them out at the post office anymore.

You’ve got a point there. I’ll one up you. Jimmy Carter. LOL! And let’s not forget Kofi Anan. I did not realize how prestigious an award it REALLY is.
