I think they have taken over Clarendon national NJ PAIP policies. I got a quote from http://www.njpaip.org and was assigned to Praetorian which i had never heard of.
They have no phone number listed anywhere, however my NJ PAIP producer D. Ammons gave me (201) 268-8055 and (201) 368-8055.
