    The article says:
    \”ice is no longer being replenished during the winter months to the extent necessary to maintain the historic balance.\”

    Does this mean that all of North America should still be under a glacier as it was 100,000 years ago. What would that do my property value????

    These fellas remind me of the hurricane forecasters (in Arizona-a landlocked state) who predicted 14 storms hitting the US last year and actually NONE did.

    Here\’s a question I honestly cannot answer. Given that water expands as it freezes (which is why it floats) and the greatest percentage of floating ice is already underwater; how is it that the melting ice caps will cause the oceans (70% of the worlds surface) to rise 20 feet where it was millions of years ago??
    Could the devil in the details be plate tectonics??? Too bad that can\’t get you elected to political office!
