I know we are in the era of global change, but when I last checked India and Bangladesh were still located about half-way between western Australia and the African continent – thousands and thousands of miles away from the western Pacific rim. And if China (one third of the world\’s population) isn\’t included as a western Pacific rim nation whilst Korea is, then the stats are totally distorted. I think someone at the WHO should invest in a world map.
