Pacific Insurance Conference in October to Seek ‘Pathways to Success’

The 22nd Pacific Insurance Conference will be held at the Grand Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan on October 23 – 26, 2005.

The 2005 conference features industry leaders making presentations, moderating panel discussions, and directing roundtable workshops examining “Pathways to Success in a Changing Industry.”

Confirmed sessions include:
— Winning Formulas in Multiple Distribution: Strategies for coping with the broadening of distribution taking place worldwide.
— Bancassurance – Industry Threat or Savior? More entities in more countries are entering the bancassurance field. What does this mean for the future of the insurance industry?
— Marketing to Tomorrow’s Customer: What does it take to satisfy the evolving needs of customers within our rapidly changing markets?
— Conserving and Growing Assets: With low interest rates and consumers becoming more risk-averse, how do we preserve and grow the assets of our customers and those of our own companies?
— Innovations in Life, Pensions and Wealth Management: Who are today’s emerging winners and how are they succeeding?
The conference will also include a panel and open debate with leading insurance experts discussing the future of the industry.
Like the highly successful 2003 PIC in Hong Kong, this year’s conference is expected to attract senior executives from throughout the Pacific Rim, providing three days of top-level insights into the challenges facing the insurance industry.
