Could this keep track of the above?I signed up for breakdown cover with Green Scam for my wife who occassionally does long distance journies. Prior to buying I compared in detail what was being offered and bought the most comprehensive package excluding European travel.

Perchance I was driving my wife\’s car and it breaks down. I find that my cover is only one up from the basic level on their computer and the agent wants paying. Later at home I check the documentation. Yes it specifies that level of cover. I check their website- the correct level of cover costs what I paid them! Oh no according to their \”customer service\” person. Their price have changed in 3 months to be 40% of what they are now!!
I was told by a knowledgeable someone that many drivers also find themselves in the same position.
