Massachusetts Drivers Could See Ban on Handheld Mobile Devices

    All cellphone use should be banned while driving. If the call is important enough to accept or to make, you can pull over and stop. If it’s important the conversation alone will require your attention and, hands free or not, you’re distracted from the traffic and events around you.

    If it’s not that important no one needs to risk their lives or someone else’s for the convenience of not stopping.
