Can anyone tell me if this will assist the average homeowner/farmowner with massive tree clean up. I contacted the FSA earlier looking for help and they stated that Maryland was in a State of emergency NOT considered a disaster. Now I think there should be help available how do I get assistance or seek help? Where can I find out what is available?
