    Good decision. Too many people want to live near the ocean and avoid paying their fare of the risk of loss thinking FEMA will bail them out. If they can’t afford insurance, they can’t afford to live by the ocean. They should also include a “one claim” only provision to FEMA. Taxpayer dollars shouldn’t have to bail people out more than once in a know catastrophe area. e.g. New Orleans.
