51 years old, probably with a pre-existing heart condition, outside at 2:30am and fell 50 feet from her “boyfriends” apt. door and she froze to death? This was an extraordinary weather event that prevented emergency responsders from getting there faster. Too bad, but the city has no liability and her blood sucking relatives should get nothing.

Hmmmm…..they left a lot of detail out of their summary.

Hey-it may be an Act of God, but someone has to pay for it!

From what I saw on the NYDN website, she was coming home from a trip going into her house by vechile.

From what I understood from the other article, she was being driven to her boyfriend’s house in a vechile when she had the heart attack steps away from his home. Now why she remained in the snow, I do not know. Sometimes 911 operators tell the caller’s to not to remove the victim for fear that they could make their condition worse since they are not trained in the professional eye to access everything wrong with said victim.

Ban all blizzards, snow plows and EMS trucks.

the term “act of god” should be stricken from usage. it makes absolutely no sense no matter what the discussion is.
