Just another scumbag personal injury attorney looking for a quick buck. This case must be dismissed. The school too extraordinary precautions and there was no way this could/should have been forseen.

“Pinsky said state officials failed to prevent his client from foreseeable harm by not providing a safe setting.” Using counsel’s logic every public building would have to become a fortress surrounded by a moat and anyone seeking entry would have to submit to a strip search for security purposes. What total assininity. This just proves how desperate attorneys are to get a case that suggests making some money, however remote.

…“about living in a world that’s safe.” Well, the $100MM should go a long way in protecting everyone provided this low life attorney DONATES the settlement for the good of the world.
