    she was working for a pet sitting business? then why wasn’t she an independent contractor?

    What would you expect from the NY appellate court? They lack common sense. Somehow I’m having a hard time believing a setter bit this woman while she was picking up a napkin.

    Maybe asking for medical expenses to treat the bit is reasonable, but suing in court? I hope the $300 is deducted from any judgment that is awarded. Better yet, justice demands that there be no suit, no judgment and court costs awarded to the defendant(s).
