The fact that this lawsuit was filed pro-se – even with the glut of unemployed attorneys no sucker could be found to take the case – speaks volumes as to how meretricious and bogus this lawsuit is. Hopefully, when dismissed, the judge will assess fees and costs against these inmates to come out of their cigarette and gum money.
Westchester County Jail is a “smoke” free jail and does not sell “gum” to inmates. I guess you the taxpayer will foot the bill for the “fees and costs” or pay the costs for the root canals, teeth being pulled, etc. inside the jail.
