    Nash deserves nothing from the State. She was familiar with the animal and had actual notice of its propensities. She made the decision to respond to the owners request to get it back into the house. She didn’t have to put herself in harms way and assumed the risk. After millions of dollars of medical expenses to transplant a new face, she remains blind and has no hands. I wonder who’s bankrolling those expenses? One hell of a price to pay for trying to corral a damned monkey. Whether it’s monkeys or pit bulls, the politicians don’t have the balls to prevent voters from harboring these animals. Sad commentary on our society.
