If Dunn was “visibly intoxicated” why did Hartwell get into the car with him.
It is a free world, and you are free to do what you like, but you are also responsible for your own actions.
If Hartwell freely got into Dunn’s car, knowing he was “visibly intoxicated” then Hartwell is equally responsible for his own death.
