    That seems a little extreme. The power lines fell down. How about arresting the power company? This 77 year old businessowner could not have known this would happen.

    OSHA is a joke. It does nothing proactive. Everytime something happens it reacts with a monetary fine. Where does that money go? How does a contractor protect a painter from falling wires?
