Even if the crew was in danger based off not following a 600 Mile rule— was it really a rule? And was it worth 50M$? None of them were killed on injured, the Captain put his life on the line for the crew– The lawyers obviously are seeing an easy payday (like the pirates). and convinced the crew to signup to this ridiculous claim.
