I don’t think prisoners should have the right to file any law suit, but since they can, then any money they would received should always got to the victim of any crime they commited.
I agree that inmates should not be able to file any suits. They forfeited their rights when they broke the law and should not be able to profit from a mishap that occurs while the taxpayers are footing the bill for their prison stay. Our legal system has been exploited by convicts for too long.
