    Her complaints have as much foundation as a person who has almost drowns sueing the gym where they were swiming. No one was forcing them to pay for the membership of that gym. EVERYTHING we do involves some risk and we can’t sue people willy nilly just “cuz”. We could, at any moment, be hit while driving on the free way (not the BMW’s fault) or have an accident while riding a bike (not Trek’s fault). People need to man up (or in this case woman up) and realize that if these shoes didn’t do for her what they did for me that they are not inherently deceptive. I love my Vibrams and what this woman is doing is just more of the same BSwe see in this sue-happy world.
